1. Who We Are

Yeti Games, LLC operates yeti-media.com. This policy describes what data we collect when you visit our site or purchase a product, and how we use it.

2. Data We Collect

Purchase data:When you buy a product, Stripe processes your payment. We receive your email address (from Stripe's checkout) solely to deliver your download link. We do not store payment card information.

Contact form: If you submit our contact form, we receive your name, email, and message. This is sent directly to our inbox via Resend.

Analytics:We use Vercel's built-in analytics which may collect anonymized page view data. No personally identifiable information is captured.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your email is used only to deliver your purchased product. We do not sell your data, add you to marketing lists without consent, or share your information with third parties beyond the payment processor (Stripe) and email delivery service (Resend).

4. Third-Party Services

Stripe: Processes payments. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
Resend: Delivers transactional emails. Subject to Resend's privacy policy.
Vercel: Hosts this site. Subject to Vercel's privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

Purchase email records are retained only as long as needed to support product delivery and customer support. Contact form submissions are retained in our inbox and deleted on request.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing rnt@yeti-media.com. We will respond within 30 days.
