Refund Policy

Digital Products

All products sold by Yeti Games, LLC are digital downloads. Because the product is delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned, all sales are generally final.

We offer refunds in the following situations:

• You were charged but never received a download link (technical delivery failure)
• You were charged more than once for the same product
• The product file is corrupted or unreadable

How to Request a Refund

Email rnt@yeti-media.com within 7 days of purchase with your order confirmation and a description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe.

No Returns

Digital products cannot be physically returned. Refunds are not issued for reasons such as: change of mind, not meeting expectations based on a reading of the sales page, or trading losses incurred while following the product's guidance.
